We agree that Leighton Meester has the best Celebrity Style of the year. She constantly impresses in fun frocks and smart jackets and isn’t afraid to play with color or show a little skin. She’s a girl’s girl who attended Fashion Week in September and always has a smile on her face. What’s not to love?
